To ensure student success, AOMA provides:
- New student orientation to facilitate entry into the rigorous graduate curriculum. For information regarding new student orientation, please contact the admissions office.
- Advising for incoming students to assist with organizing academic schedules, taking into consideration balance of school, work and home. Incoming students wishing to speak with an academic advisor should contact the admissions office.
- Academic advising on an ongoing basis. To make an appointment with an academic advisor, please call the Professional Clinic reception at (512) 492 - 3002.
- Tutors as needed in anticipation of classroom difficulties. To view a current list of tutors and to access tutoring services, please contact the Dean of Students.
- Comprehensive benchmark exams to evaluate didactic and clinical progress and to qualify students for advancement in the program. For information regarding benchmark examinations including test dates, times, and registration, please contact the Registrar.
