Room available January 1st.
Private bedroom with 2 large closets with private bathroom in a large 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath house. Large 2 story house (2400 sq ft) with massive eat in kitchen, two separate living areas, loft area, huge backyard, and decent home gym w/treadmill and heavy bag.
Rent is $500/month plus a portion of electric only. Deposit is negotiable. Internet is paid, but I have no cable. I would like someone who plans on sticking around for a while, not someone is looking for a temporary place while they look for something else.
I'm in my 3rd year at AOMA and am very laid back and easy to get along with. The house has easy access to shopping and all the major highways. 15 minute drive to school and 15 minute drive to Austin's entertainment district. Sorry, no pets.

Floor Plan: 2 Bedrooms - 1 Bathroom. The room is big enough to fit a full-size bed, a desk, and nightstand. There is plenty of closet space. The dimensions of this room are approximately: 9' 1.25" X 9' 1.25".
Rent: $550/month + (electricity)
Roommates: There will be two people occupying the other room. Member of any background welcome.
Features: Security Gate entrance to property (both front and back entrances), community pool, nice landscaping within the property. Leasing Center is three buildings down the street.
Parking: FREE! You'll need to get a parking tag though to prevent being towed.
