Certificates
To obtain CAE’s for any given class, you need to arrive on time, sign in, stay until the end, and turn in a Statement of Attendance and Evaluation Form for each session you attend. Partial credit will not be given for late arrivals, early departures, or incomplete sign-in/sign-out CAE forms. The CAE attendance forms will be submitted for processing at the end of the Symposium. Certificates will be mailed within 30 days of the program date (to the address you provided on your registration form).
