Southwest Symposium 2008 – Registration

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:

You will be re-routed to another website to register. After you register you will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring it with you to the Symposium.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations must be received by us in writing by letter, fax, or e-mail. AOMA will assess an administrative fee of $50.00 on ALL cancellations, postmarked by March 1, 2008. After March 1, 2008, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO refunds will be granted after March 21, 2007, including no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of request. Your refund will either be credited to your credit card or mailed by check.
