Early Registration Ends Monday, February 1, 2010.

Lunch registration $35 by February 25 and $45 thereafter.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
All cancellations must be received by us in writing by letter (AOMA, Attn: SWS, 2700 W Anderson Ln Ste 512, Austin, TX 78757), fax (512-454-7001), or e-mail (). AOMA will assess an administrative fee of $50.00 on ALL cancellations, postmarked by February 5, 2010. After February 5, 2010, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO refunds will be granted after February 19, 2010, including no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of request. Your refund will either be credited to your credit card or mailed by check.
