Rita Terrell, MSIS is the AOMA Librarian. Rita is a full-time professional librarian who holds a graduate degree in Information Science from the University of North Texas, an American Library Association-accredited institution.
As a community, our students are given the opportunity to participate in the daily functioning of the library. Student-workers provide part-time clerical and circulation support in the evenings and on Saturdays. These library staff members have all currently enrolled students and/or recent graduates who provide valuable input concerning the selection of resources that support the needs of the student body and of practitioners in the field. The training and experience of the library staff is an asset to the AOMA community and encourage the use of the library’s resources.
