Yan He is an acupuncturist and herbal specialist with more than eighteen years of experience in practicing and teaching acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She has special training in acupuncture facial rejuvenation and is a third degree chef in dietary therapy. She has published several textbooks on acupuncture and herbs and dozens of articles on these topics. Previous to her arrival in the United States, Yan He served as faculty member, practitioner, and Director of Administration at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Since 2001, she has been a clinical supervisor and tai chi instructor at AOMA.
