Glenda Flanagan is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Whole Foods Market, a publicly-traded company that is ranked #214 of the Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, FORTUNE magazine has ranked the Company on its “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for 17 consecutive years – from the list’s inception in 1998 through today. Since Glenda joined Whole Foods as CFO in 1988, she has played a major role in the development of the Company as it has grown from six stores in the late 1980s and going public in 1992, to 450 stores and more than $15 billion in sales today. In February 2015, Fortune Magazine cited Ms. Flanagan as the longest-sitting CFO among the then 58 women CFOs at Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the boards of directors of the three foundations sponsored by Whole Foods Market: Whole Planet Foundation, Whole Cities Foundation, and Whole Kids Foundation.
