Prior to her studies at AOMA, Stefanie Dwyer worked in the financial industry since 1996 as a financial advisor. For years she developed and conducted trainings on various topics such as technology resources, marketing resources, sales ideas, and financial concepts. She brings this expertise to the MAcOM’s practice management course for creating and maintaining a successful acupuncture practice. While working on her professional doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine (DAcOM), Ms. Dwyer and classmate, Colleen Teska, created an ebook for their doctoral quality improvement plan, Success Guide: What you Need to Get Started, which is available to all students, alumni, and other practitioners on AOMA’s website.
