Federal Student Loans and Grants
The Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin's Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program is certified by the U.S. Department of Education to participate in the Title IV Student Aid Program. Students may be eligible for subsidized and/or unsubsidized Direct Federal Loans. Contact the financial aid administration office or the director of admissions for application information. To apply for federal financial aid, visit http://www.fafsa.ed.gov, get your pin number and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

Veterans' Administration Educational Benefits
The Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program is approved for educational benefits through the Veterans Administration under the G.I. Bill. Students should contact the financial aid office for further information.
Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services
AOMA is an approved provider of training for clients of the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). DARS will pay qualified Texas citizens in need of rehabilitation training a stipend toward the cost of education. Additionally, DARS will pay the cost of supplies and equipment required to complete AOMA’s graduate program. These payments are made directly to the student and payment of tuition and fees to the school is the responsibility of the student according to AOMA financial aid policies and procedures.
